SUBULIMATION TRANSFERS
Sublimated transfers offer a unique look when is comes to decorating garments. The transfer is infused directly into the garment and offers a permanent image that will never crack or fade. This process only works on 100% polyester fabrics and recommended for lighter colour garments. We can print any size logo or graphic up to 19″ x 13″.
CAD CUT GRAPHICS
Cad cut graphics come in a variety of different products. Each product we carry provided something different and unique. Please see below a list of different products and materials we offer.

EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is a great way to create that high-end look when it comes to decoration. Teams and those in business have come to trust embroidery as their way of adding custom graphics. Using thread, your logo is stitched into almost any type of garment. We offer regular embroidery, puff stitch embroidery and thick yarn embroidery.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is the most traditional, most cost effective way of decorating garments. Using screens, a plastisol or water-based ink is pressed through the screen to create your design. The garment is than put through a dryer. We offer 3 types of inks, water-based, plastisol and puff inks. We can create your design using spot colours, half-tones or colour process.
EMBROIDERED TWILL CRESTS
Embroidered twill crests provide any jersey or garment a higher end look when it comes to embellishment. Embroidered crest or patches can be applied to any jersey, garment or headwear using stitching or a permanent adhesive.
SUBLIMATED TWILL CRESTS
Sublimated twill crests provide a more affordable way of decorating your jersey or garment without the weight of the stitching. This form of decorating is applied using a zig zag stitch or a permanent adhesive.
SUBLIMATED TWILL NUMBERS
Sublimated twill numbers offers a pro-like feel and look any jersey. Using our sublimation process, we can match any jersey colour and the numbers come in 4″, 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″ heights. The twill numbers are than stitched to the jersey or garment to ensure they will not fall off.
SUBLIMATATED NAME BARS
Sublimated name bars are offered in both twill or knit fabrics. Using our sublimation process we can match any jersey or garment. Our name bars come in 2 different sizes, 3″ x 18″ or 4″ x 18″. Name bars are than stitched to the jersey or garment to ensure they will not fall off.

Pantone colour codes provide a universal language that allows brands and manufacturers to communicate properly through the workflow process. More than 10 million designers and producers around the world use and rely on the Pantone system. Pantone colours help define colour control and are used in various materials, finishes and industries, such as graphic design, fashion design and product design.
NEED PANTONE COLOURS?
If you don’t have a pantone colour assigned, don’t worry, we’ll do our best to help you get there. Thankfully Pantone.com has provided a chart that anyone can download and find their colour(s). Using the link below, you will find over 900 different colours to choose from. Be sure to provide your designer, sales rep, store rep. or Provision directly your new colour codes so we can produce the best product possible according to your specifications.

EMBROIDERY THREAD STOCK COLOURS.
Using our chart, you will see 175 different colours. We use Isacord embroidery thread which comes in many more colours if needed. If you require a different colour that is not seen on our colour chart proved, please use the link below and find your colour using the Isacord colour chart. Fees may apply.
